26 years and counting
I graduated from the University of Massachusetts with BS in PE. I have been with Tomball ISD since November 1994. All of these years have been spent at the alternative campus. I enjoy spending time in the learning environment with students who have unique needs. Our staff have become my friends. When I first started with the district as an instructional aide, we were known as the Tomball Learning Center, renamed the Cherry Street School as we were in the old Cherry Street building, then it became the Tomball Alternative Education Center when we moved to our new location on Keefer Road. We became Tomball Connections Academy in recent years, as an umbrella to cover all of our programs.
My husband and I have always had a busy life following our 4 children through their school years; including multiple after-school events: sports, music, and church activities. I believe this is my God given place where I could work and meet the needs of our family. My husband and I have three beautiful grandchildren who we love to spend time with either by portal or by plane ride.
